Candidates seeking admission for M.Sc. in Chemistry shall have studiedChemistry as optional/major subject in the Bachelor Degree Programme. Physics/Mathematics/Biosciences as optional/major subjects at B.Sc. The candidatesshould have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks or equivalent intheirBachelor's at any registered University.

After completing, post graduates pursue careersinTeaching Profession, Synthetic Lab Scientist, Research Scientist, Content Developer, Pharmaceutical/Chemical Industries.
After the completion of post-graduation, some may choosetocontinue their education in the area of research.
During the course, students acquire skills in laboratory workanddata analysis, students learn to use sophisticated instrumentation and equipment. Thestudents also learn to solve qualitative and quantitative problems.
