Bachelor of Business Administration or BBA is one of the best known undergraduate courses for those seeking to advance their careers in Management. To respond to the tremendous increase in employment opportunities, opportunity for higher studies and professional education at the national and international level, the college has introduced a business administration course. Realizing the need of preparing the BBA students for managerial positions, making them ready to industry and also to enhance their entrepreneurial skills it was decided to give unique identity to BBA students. Hence in January 2021, the department was separated from the commerce department and now it is functioning as “Department of Business Administration”.

Duration:

3 YEARS 6 SEMESTERS

Eligibility:

The candidates should have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in any stream (Science/Commerce/Arts).

Curriculum:

The curriculum of BBA includes subjects like Financial Management, Marketing, Human resource Management, production and operations management, income tax etc., Courses are structured to provide theoretical knowledge regarding the business administration.

Scope and Career Opportunities:

After completing BBA, graduates can pursue careers in various domains such as Financial Analyst, HR executive, Marketing Executive, Accountant, Business Analyst etc. They can work in IT companies, software firms, government organizations, educational institutions, or even start their own ventures.

Many students opt for higher studies after completing BBA, such as pursuing an, MBA (Master of Business Administration) or M.Com (Masters in commerce), or other related postgraduate courses.
