The Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of our institution.  The cell is established with the intention to deliver training to the students and make them future-ready. The placement team is functioning all through the year in organizing the training activities towards preparing students for campus Interview. The cell arranges training programmes like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop etc and it also organizes Public Sector Exam Training for students who are interested to join Government Sectors. The cell regularly conducts sessions on Positive attitude, Self-Confidence, Inter personal skills, Team building, Aptitude test preparation, Goal setting, Public Speaking, Group discussion, Frequently asked questions in Interview, Resume preparation, Corporate Expectation, Employability skills, Mock interview, Mock Group discussion., etc.  The Cell coordinates PGCET coaching as well as Certificate course in Tally ERP 9 (GST). With the objective of building entrepreneurial career among students frequent workshops are organised on Entrepreneurship development.

• Providing students with guidance and counseling on career- related matters
• To motivate students to develop Technical knowledge and soft skills in terms of career planning, goal setting
• To motivate students aspire for higher studies and guiding them to take competitive exams.
• Aiming to Place the maximum number of students through campus & off-campus interviews conducted by companies.

The Training and Placement Department arranges for the Campus Recruitment drive and companies such as H & Co, ICICI Bank, Wipro, Azim Premji Foundation, Kotak Life, TCS, Wipfli and many more have visited the campus for campus selection.
